Camp Singing Wind promotes an atmosphere of inclusiveness for kids with a variety of ability levels, challenges, etc.  Our staff is able to accommodate many campers with mild disabilities, enabling them to succeed at camp.

We are not equipped nor staffed to work with kids who need a lot of assistance with personal care, constant one-to-one support or who have significant difficulty controlling their disruptive behavior.  Youth who aversely affect other campers' experience may not be ready for the close living situation at camp, and may not be successful at Camp Singing Wind.

If your child has a disability or behavioral challenges, our camp staff need to know before your child arrives at camp.  Our Camp Director will work with you to decide whether the programs we offer are appropriate for your child.
